Phil Wallace - Heavy Hwy Construction

Phil has extensive experience constructing port facilities along the entire West coast from San Diego, CA to Vancouver B.C.  He has worked with clients and designers through the design and preconstruction phases to identify and optimize designs, schedules, budgets, and construction means and methods.  Phil’s projects have won several industry awards including three Build America awards and two Marvin M. Black partnering awards.

Phil is currently the President of the AGC of Washington and has been a board member of the AGC Education Foundation since 2017.  Phil is also the Chair of the AGC/WSDOT committee.   

Phil graduated with an Engineering degree from Minnesota-Duluth and currently resides in Gig Harbor, WA with his wife Becky who is a librarian at the local elementary school.   They have two adult children and they own three King Charles Cavalier puppies that keep them very busy.
