The Six-Year Investment Program has been developed to identify the highest-priority freight mobility projects for the state across freight modes, jurisdictions, and all regions of Washington. Projects recommended for funding are reviewed by the FMSIB Board and approved by the Legislature. Program updates are made on a biannual basis, with annual reports submitted to the Legislature.
